Print and colour are brought to life in the Fraja Dress - a flowing and feminine option for both day and night. The print has been designed in-house, taking inspiration from the works of artist Patrick Dougharty, who creates multi-dimenstional, sculptural works utilising unlikely materials like timber and sticks. Designed to finish mid-shin, this longer length style - which features a drawstring waist and pockets - is perfect for layering. Consider wearing with our Agna Sweater or a leather jacket to build dimension and texture, while wearing with our Roscoe Trainer makes for a casual alternative.
MAKER
This garment was designed by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making woven and knitted apparel. He has a team of 80 plus workers, the majority of which are women. The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA audits. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements and operate an ethical and sustainable business. We visit Jimmy at least twice a year and he visits our team in Melbourne annually.
SIZE AND FIT
This dress combines a classic, flattering silhouette with contemporary prints and colours. The lightweight fabric is intended to drape across the body, finishing in a mid-shin length, with a waistline that can be accentuated or relaxed using the built-in drawstring waist tie. We recommend taking your usual size.
