Vitality Roasting was founded in 2018 with a passion for enriching local communities by head roaster Keli Gilbertson. As a fully female-operated business, Vitality Roasting is one of a kind within St. Paul/Minneapolis area. Vitality has seen firsthand all of the work that goes into growing and harvesting each coffee bean, so it strives to be a zero-waste operation.
